Spinach blueberry smoothie bowl
- 1/2 cup blueberries , frozen or fresh
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 banana- frozen or fresh
- ½ mango frozen or fresh
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 1 cup water
- Blend all together and serve in a bowl if too thick with a few frozen blueberries on top plus flax meal or any homemade granola.
- if you prefer the smoothie runnier then add more water.
