Spinach blueberry smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries , frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 banana- frozen or fresh
  • ½ mango frozen or fresh
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1 cup water

Method:

  • Blend all together and serve in a bowl if too thick  with a few frozen blueberries on top plus flax meal or any homemade granola.
  •  if you prefer the smoothie runnier then add more water.
