Juices and Smoothies
Ingredients:
1 cup kale
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp chia
1/2 tsp ground flax
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup homemade almond milk
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
