Quinoa salad with avocado and broccoli

Salad
Ingredients:
½ cup of cooked quinoa
1 avocado, chopped
1 small head of broccoli, steamed
Handful of fresh coriander leaves, stems removed
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together.
Dressing:
1 ½ juice of lime.
2 tbsp tahini
2 tsp tamari sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey/maple syrup
