Quinoa salad with avocado and broccoli
- ½ cup of cooked quinoa
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 small head of broccoli, steamed
- Handful of fresh coriander leaves, stems removed
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- 1 ½ juice of lime.
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp tamari sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp honey/maple syrup
