Niçoise salad
Nadia Kawash
Salad
Ingredients:
100g romain lettuce, chopped
3 cucumber sliced round
1 big boiled potato, chopped into cubes
1 big chopped tomato into wedges.
½ shredded white onion
2 tbsp capers
1 cup boiled green beans
Parsley for garnish, stems removed
1 cup wild rocket
12 pieces of green olives pitted.
Dressing:
Lemon
olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together and add the dressing.
