Refreshing Green Juice

Ginger tea

Ingredients:

  •  2 pounds ginger
  • 1/2 lemon 
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 6 oz of hot water

Directions:

  1. Juice 1 to 2  pounds of ginger, and place juice in a jar and refrigerate.
  2. Place 2 oz of ginger juice in a mug with the juice of 1/2  lemon and a large tablespoon of honey.
  3. Add 1/8  teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 6 oz. of hot water.
  4. Drink 2 to 6 cups of this per day, sipping slowly on it throughout the day.
