Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  •  ¾ cup coconut milk
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • Handful of fresh shredded coconut
  • ¾ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp crushed flax seeds
  • 1 date

Preparation:

  • Place all in the vitamix and blend for 2 min.
  • Garnish with fresh blueberries.
