Meet Nadia

“I am passionate about self-healing, wellness and helping people take charge of their health and placing it back into their own hands and getting them to feel good about themselves again.”

I aim to help people understand their bodies with respect to food and how different food impacts people in different ways. “One man’s food is another man’s poison”.

By being open to experimenting with a variety of foods and  removing some that cause inflammation in the body, you will allow your body to heal naturally and gradually come back to homeostasis. I work with my clients to develop and achieve goals set by them as part of their health journey.

My interest in health and nutrition started at a later stage in my life. I hold a Bachelors’ degree in Finance and Economics from George Washington University, and also studied Interior Design at The Inchbald School of Design, London. I had a successful career in interior design, and it was not until my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 multiple myeloma that I started to gain interest in holistic health. My mothers’ cancer inspired me to study how to prevent and treat disease through understanding their underlying root causes.

I pursued a Nutrition Qualification Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, Cornell University, and from Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN). I later earned my degree as a Certified Health Coach from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and Quantum Coaching, USA. I am also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and a leading bioenergy therapist from the world-famous acclaimed school, The Domancic Method, and PureBioenergy.

I continued my studies in Functional Medicine at the Institute For Functional Medicine (IFM) and The School of Applied Functional Medicine (SAFM) USA. I am always furthering my education to stay up-to-date with the latest research, courses and diagnostic tests available in the Functional Medicine world to provide the best service and care for my clients.

My unique approach to helping my clients includes combining two different approaches: one of a health coach, and another of a functional medicine practitioner. As a health coach, I help empower my clients to set achievable goals, hold them accountable and make the necessary changes to improve their lifestyle.

As a functional medicine practitioner, I help my clients pinpoint their health-related issues, why their bodies are reacting the way they do and what they can do to improve. The way I do this is through diagnostic tests, individual symptoms they are experiencing, personal forms and one-on-on conversations to gain a holistic understanding of my clients. Together, we work to bring back balance to your body and experience better health and wellness.
